Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes verifying your order, preparing your item, and handing it off to our shipping partner.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, offshore islands, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any address outside of the contiguous United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery to addresses within the contiguous United States typically takes 5-10 business days.
Your total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time: 5-10 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 6-13 business days
Please note that customs inspections, national holidays, carrier delays, and severe weather can occasionally extend delivery beyond this estimate. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Shipping Rates
- Orders totaling $0.01-$39.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
- Orders totaling $40.00 or more: shipping is provided at no additional cost
This shipping rate applies exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Mystozer is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
Sales Tax
All prices displayed on our website do not include applicable sales tax. Sales tax, where required, is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping state selected by the buyer.
